——Collaborative ultra-purified water purification technology

With the rapid development of China's social economy, a large amount of sewage enters rivers/lakes, and organic pollution is seriously exceeded. A large number of black and odorous water bodies are formed, affecting the ecological environment and human health, and the social and environmental problems are becoming increasingly serious. The causes of the formation of black and odorous water bodies are complex and diverse. First, external pollution, including wastewater smuggling, confluence of pipe network, urban initial rain, agricultural non-point source and coastal garbage; second, endogenous pollution, including river bottom sediment release Third, the water body self-purification ability, including poor water mobility, lack of oxygen, ecosystem damage; Fourth, the lack of mechanisms, including departmental function conflicts, management is not in place. According to the planning goal of “Water 10”, by 2020, the black and odorous water in the prefecture-level and above cities in China must be controlled within 10%. Therefore, the treatment of black and odorous water has become the top priority of water environment management. Shanghai Jinyuchen Water Environment Engineering Co., Ltd., based on the synergistic ultra-purification water purification technology developed by special carbon materials, purifies some rivers in Fengxiantouqiao, Shanghai, and monitors the dissolved oxygen, COD, ammonia nitrogen and total in the water in real time. Phosphorus, total nitrogen and other indicators. The results show that regardless of whether the equipment is placed in a river or in a separate bucket on the shore, the chemical indicators in the water within 2.5 km of the equipment have completely changed. Three days after the equipment was started, the water quality of the river has changed from black and odorous water to the four types of water bodies of the Surface Water Environmental Quality Standard (GB3838-2002). The engineering practice proves that the synergistic ultra-purification technology has the following obvious advantages: 1. Simple construction, no need for a large number of civil works, no secondary pollution; 2. Small equipment area and low energy consumption; 3. Wide water treatment area, single equipment The action area ranges from tens of meters to several hundred meters to several kilometers. 4. The effect is fast. According to the pollution degree of water quality and the size of the water body, the low-pollution water body can be purified within a few days, and the heavily polluted water body It takes time, from ten days to one month; 5. The treatment effect is thorough. At present, COD in water can be oxidized to carbon dioxide and water, and ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, cyanobacteria, heavy metal ions, etc. can be degraded or oxidized; The application range is wide, and some areas where the point source pollution continues to be discharged have little effect on the working conditions of the technology, and are particularly suitable for water purification of large watershed area water bodies. The basic principle of water purification is as follows: The core of the equipment is a kind of diamond material. This material has unique properties, can release a large number of negative electron affinity electrons, and disperse the complexes (organic matter) in the water body to form A lot of carbon dots. The carbon dots formed by the equipment undergo high-efficiency photocatalytic oxidation reaction under the illumination of sunlight, absorb photons, release high-energy electrons, convert water molecules into active oxygen and hydrogen, and hydrogen leaves the water surface, and active oxygen remains in the water. High-energy electrons can also break carbon-carbon bonds in organic matter, and oxidize organic pollutants into carbon dioxide and water under the action of reactive oxygen. At the same time of degradation of organic matter, a large number of new carbon dots will be formed in the water. The new carbon dots also have photocatalytic oxidation function, which can diffuse into more regions through the fluctuation of water bodies, further degrading nearby pollutants and forming more Carbon dots, ultimately achieving full basin governance. At the same time of water treatment, the organic matter in the sludge will gradually release and completely degrade, and through the synergistic action, the activation of the whole water body will be finally realized. The significance of ultra-purification is the efficient use of huge solar energy (1 kW per square meter under standard illumination). If calculated at a radius of 2,500 meters, the total irradiance under standard sunlight is 20 million kilowatts, equivalent to a Three Gorges hydropower station. The installed capacity, such high power energy acts on the effective purification of the water body, so the water purification is very effective, and the system consumes only a few volts and several tens of watts of power.
