    1. Assisted the President to formulate and implement the overall strategy and business plan, realized the company's business management goals and development goals, took charge of the human resources work of the whole headquarters, organized the establishment of the company's strategic human resources management system, and provided expert advice for major personnel decisions;

  • Job description:
    1. Bachelor degree or above in business management, business management, administration and other related majors;

    3. More than 8 years of working experience, more than 5 years of overall management experience in enterprises, and more than 3 years of senior management experience;

    4. Familiar with enterprise business and process, strong leadership skills and talents in team management;

    5. Familiar with the overall operation of the enterprise, with advanced management concepts and strong ability to formulate and implement strategies;
