1. Bachelor degree or above in computer science or related field, at least 4 years of working experience in IT industry;

2. Familiar with the development of WAP SMS MMS Java application software and relevant specifications and protocols of operators;

3. Proficient in Oracle, MySQL, SQLServer and other databases;

4. Proficient in Windows/LINUX platform and various popular development tools, with strong technical ability;

5. Capable of network planning, database planning, security prevention and business analysis from a technical perspective;

6. Team management experience, strong leadership and cohesion;

7. Experience as chief technology officer of telecom value-added services is preferred;

8. Experience in large-scale project system integration, software system development and video business platform design, development and maintenance in video remote management field is preferred.
